- In writing via the online interface: biztosadat.hu
- In writing via the following e-mail address: biztosadat@biztosadat.hu
- In writing by post: 5931 Nagyszénás
It is important to note that separate legislation applies to the assessment of warranty and guarantee claims; we do not handle them under the rules of the Consumer Protection Act (Fgytv.).
A consumer protection complaint—which does not qualify as a guarantee or warranty claim—may be submitted orally or in writing. We will investigate an oral complaint immediately, and if an immediate solution is not possible, we will prepare minutes of it, which the consumer will receive.
The business is obliged to examine an oral complaint immediately and remedy it as necessary. The business is obliged to examine the oral complaint without delay and, where possible, remedy it immediately. If the consumer does not agree with the manner in which the complaint is handled, or if immediate investigation is not feasible, the business is obliged to draw up minutes of the complaint and its own position.
One copy of the minutes must be:
- handed over on the spot to the consumer in the case of an oral complaint communicated in person,
- and in the case of a complaint made by telephone or other electronic communications service, sent within 30 days at the latest, together with a substantive response, in accordance with the rules for written complaints. The minutes of the complaint must include the following:
- the consumer’s name and address,
- the place, time, and method of submitting the complaint,
- a detailed description of the consumer’s complaint, and a list of the documents, records, and other evidence presented by the consumer,
- the business’s statement on its position regarding the consumer’s complaint, if an immediate investigation of the complaint is possible,
- the name of the person taking the minutes and—except for oral complaints communicated by telephone or other electronic communications service—the consumer’s signature,
- the place and time of recording the minutes,
- in the case of an oral complaint communicated by telephone or other electronic communications service, the unique identification number of the complaint.
Written complaints received—unless EU law provides otherwise—must be answered by the business in writing, in a verifiable manner, within 30 days from receipt, and measures must be taken to forward the response. If the complaint is rejected, the position must be communicated in writing with reasoning. In this case, information must also be provided on which authority or conciliation body the consumer may turn to, depending on the nature of the complaint. The information must include the name, address, phone number, electronic contact details, and mailing address of the competent organization. The Service Provider has not made a general submission declaration.

Court procedure
If no satisfactory agreement is reached in a consumer dispute, the customer is entitled to enforce their claim through court proceedings. The proceedings are governed by Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CXXX of 2016 on the Code of Civil Procedure.
Conciliation body procedure
If the consumer complaint is rejected, you have the option to turn to the conciliation body competent according to your place of residence or stay, or to a conciliation body of your choice. A condition for initiating the procedure is that the consumer first attempts to settle the disputed matter directly with the business.
The conciliation body—unless the consumer requests a personal hearing—conducts the procedure in the framework of an online hearing, using an electronic tool that ensures audio and video transmission.
Our business is obliged to cooperate during the procedure, thus to send a statement of defense within the deadline upon the body’s request, and to ensure that a representative authorized to conclude a settlement is present online during the procedure.
If the consumer requests a personal hearing, it is mandatory for the business representative to be present at least online at the hearing.

Conciliation body procedure for persons not qualifying as consumers
Under consumer protection regulations, certain organizations defined by law—such as civil organizations, church legal entities, condominiums, and housing cooperatives—are entitled to use conciliation body proceedings even if their activity is not of a consumer nature. The condition is that the organization orders, uses, or takes advantage of the goods not in connection with its business or independent professional activity. The Conciliation Body is entitled to verify and assess whether the consumer status exists. The general rules of the conciliation body procedure apply to the proceedings.
Partial invalidity, code of conduct
If any provision of these GTC violates the law or is invalid, it does not affect the validity of the other provisions. The applicable legal provisions shall replace such provisions.
The Service Provider does not have a code of conduct pursuant to the legislation on the prohibition of unfair commercial practices against consumers.
